Services and Details:
- Basic graphic
and logo development: $50/hr or $125 flat rate for single logo design
You provide any preferences for colors, theme or example logos or
graphics for reference and the desired formatting for the logo (print, web,
clothing etc)
What you will

and banner development: $75/hr or flat rate based on requested design

Basic animated advertisement banners in GIF format (Can be
developed in any standard web advertisement sizes or custom size)

Animated web site navigation (Using Photoshop developed site
contents and client JavaScript)

and Advertisement Income Services: $100/hr or flat rate based on requested requirements
Information and instructions on how to earn money using your site
using several different methods is available*****

Instructions and site configuration for using Google AdSense for
traffic based income
o
Instructions and site configuration for affiliate and or referral
partner based income
o
Instructions and site configuration for customized/ branded site
merchandise based income
o
Search engine optimization and submission information and
customized Google Search Engine submission tool
o
Keyword creation, optimization and web page tagging (Optimized for
Google)
o
Banner ad and text ad advertisement design for use in Google
AdWords paid advertising or other standard banner exchanges
o
Research on additional income potential related specifically to
your site can be performed
You provide a
desired budget for the project along with the sites details and any specific
features and or services you would like and I will provide you with a free cost
estimate and an estimated delivery timeframe for the finished product.
Note that if you
decide to hire my services, after an estimate has been given and accepted; a
non-refundable 50% of the estimated project cost is due, upon your receipt of an
initial project work authorization invoice and prior to my beginning any
development work on the project or any individual part of the project. Initial
payment is due within seven days of authorization invoice receipt and methods
accepted are PayPal (if using PayPal, a 7% service fee is required), cash or
money order. Project estimates are to be considered estimates and if at any time
in the project process exceeds the cost of the project or is close to exceeding
the estimated cost, you will be notified and your approval for the additional
work will be required. Typically estimates should be considered plus or minus
two hours of work. If at any time in the project development process, you decide
not to continue the service, an itemization of work performed to date will be
provided and if it is desired to negotiate for the release of the works in
progress without final progress completion, the initial deposit will be applied
towards the purchase price. Individual completed project items can be purchased
but the initial project deposit will not be applied to these purchases. If at
any time in the project process I am unable to complete the project for any
reason, if an extension on the project timeline cannot be agreed to, I will
deliver the current work in progress project at no further cost to you. All
terms and agreements made based on the requested project(s) are subject to
change in the future with prior given notice and at my sole discretion. All web
projects include development and delivery only. Services for implementation,
registration, updates, modifications and configuration of final delivered
project are not included but can be negotiated at an additional cost based on
the service requested. However, any relevant information on special
implementation requirements for the site to function will be provided with the
project.

A
private working site will be utilized for viewing progress on the project but no
deliverables, unless purchased individually, will be available for download
until full project payment is received. Additionally, no work in progress
material may be used without my express permission (including linking to content
and using images). Individually purchased items will be made available for
download from my site when they are completed.
** Project satisfaction is described as
follows:

Web Site layout: Three mockup site designs will be provided to
choose from and based on the chosen layout; they can be further customized to
become the accepted site design. Once the site design layout is accepted, any
major changes will result in additional charges above the estimated cost.

Graphic and logo design: Three graphics or Five logo designs
will be provided to choose from based on the provided specifications, they can
be further customized to become the accepted design. Once a design is accepted,
any changes will result in additional charges above the estimated cost.
*** PayPal functionality requires you have
a PayPal account and possibly work on your part in providing the required info
regarding cart linking information available from within your PayPal account in
order to create the basic Buy-It-Now functionality

Site can be designed with support for various advertising spaces available on
the pages. Standard banner sizes will be used to create the design layout based
on sizes you choose and locations the various sizes will fit in the theme of the
web site.
***** Merchandising, affiliate and referral
programs will require work on your part in signing up with each program in order
to obtain the proper payment information and item linking details. Basic
instructions on signing up for the desired programs will be provided along with
any additional information pertinent to each program. The information for each
program needs to be provided to me for incorporating or setting up the site
info.
